We incorporate both British Columbia and Federal limited liability companies.  We also assist in the incorporation of medical, dental and accounting professional practices, as well as preparing agreements for the creation of commercial partnerships, limited partnerships, limited liability partnerships and joint ventures. We act as the registered and records office of numerous incorporated companies, in order to ensure that all shareholder and director resolutions, as well as the Annual Report of the company, are prepared, signed and filed with the government as required by law.

After incorporation of a company or joint venture, we can assist in the preparation of a Shareholders’ Operating Agreement or a Joint Venture Agreement in order to ensure that the shareholders and the directors of the company are familiar with and can enforce their intended rights and remedies in the business to be carried on.

Other corporate services we provide include:  annual shareholder dividends or redemptions of shares, corporate reorganizations (estate freezes), short form and long form amalgamations, voluntary dissolutions and restoration of companies that have ceased to exist. We can advise directors, as well as shareholders, of their respective rights and obligations to each other and to the Company, and how to exercise their rights to obtain remedies when a party has acted negligently or improperly.
